AWAA response to my critique of our travel experience

Anna Nicolaisen, Travel Program Director for America World as well as our family coordinator, was kind enough to leave a comment responding to my initial post about what we might've done differently. We appreciate her openness to critique and hope that our feedback and that of others will result in many improvements for future adoptive parents.
